Online Training
This has been an effective training alternative for companies with tight schedules that cannot spare the time to send their programmer away to a 3 day class. Online training can be scheduled during the day or in the evening. Currently online training is 1 on 1 so it is very specific to your needs. We are going to be offering more generalized classes online in the near future enabling us to reduce the cost to you.
Online training is sold in 4 hr blocks that must be used atleast 1 hour at a time.

Mastercam Training Classes in Morganton, NC
Classes include a tutorial where applicable and are regenitive, ie: same person can come back to the same class.
Mill Entry Class
3 Days / $975.00
This class is intended for new Mastercam users who are new to Mastercam. Topics covered include tool and material libraries, 2-1/2 axis (Mill Level 1) machining functions, customization and verification.
Advanced Mill
3 Days / $975.00
This class is intended for Mastercam users who have completed Mill Entry. All aspects of 3D surface machining (rough & finish) CAD translation and MoldPlus functions. High Speed Machining and machining techniques are discussed as needed.
5 Axis Programming
3 Days / $975.00
The 5 axis class requires that you understand 3D wire frame geometry and surface creation. There is alot to go over in this class so we provide models to apply the various toolpaths to.
Lathe
3 Days / $975.00
Items covered include basic geometry, roughing, finishing, facing, grooving and threading. Job setup, tool libraries and everything else you need to get started are covered in this class.
Advanced Lathe
3 Day / $975.00
This class is intended for Mastercam users who have completed Mastercam Lathe .All aspects of live tooling, Y axis milling, Misc. Ops, sub-spindle programming, stock transfer, C-axis, and 4 axis turning are covered.
Wire EDM
3 Day / $975.00
Items covered include 2 axis, 4 axis, chaining options and wire EDM specific functions. With so many new enhancements to the wire software this class is as good for experienced users as well as new users.
Post Processors
3 Day / $900.00
This class is intended for Mastercam users who understand Mastercam & G-Code. Covers all aspects of basic post configuration. Start of file, Tool change & End of file
Advanced Post Processors
2 Day / $1000.00
This class covers the more advanced functions of post processors. Sub-Programming, Macros, Advanced Work Offsets, File Polling / Manipulation, External Files, etc. This is a very intense class intended for customers that have very specialized applications. This class only requires that 1 person be signed up and is limited to 3 people due to its nature.
Mastercam X Update Class (Interface)
1 Day / $375.00
This class covers the new interface in Version X. It is recommended only for those already familiar with Mastercam Version 9. This class is good to get a "jump start" on all the new features and functionality to help get those programming jobs done faster and easier.
Mastercam X Update Class (Customization)
1 Day / $375.00
This class covers all the customization features in Version X. This class is designed to go over working with the interface and also go into the machine / control depths and customization of Mastercam.
Onsite Training
Barefoot CNC offers training at your facility. With onsite training it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that employees are available and undisturbed.
